BNP warns of non-stop hartal

BNP on Sunday warned of non-stop hartal for a longer duration if, what it said, the government’s repression on the party leaders and activists continues.“If repression continues, duration of the programme (hartal) will be increased and there will be non-stop programme,” BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said.He was talking to reporters in front of the BNP’s Naya Paltan central office in the morning.Fakhrul strongly criticised for launching of mobile courts during hartal, saying the courts are jailing the opposition leaders and workers for one month to three months
